How to show Courage

To have courage is the ability to do things that frighten you. To have courage is to be brave. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. A brave individual isn’t invincible, but one who merely chooses to conquer fear. Courage is the most prominent virtue of all. Left out, you cannot exercise other virtues consistently.

Action:

This requires taking intentional risks. It is choosing and willing to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty or intimidation. Despite all potential risks and dangers; stand up when it is easier to fall down. Being courageous is confronting reality and accepting responsibility.

Results:

There is a clarity of values, trust and increased skills when acting out courageously. You evaluate outcomes and accomplish your goals. You attain belief in yourself and in your actions. You procure awareness of your fears and how to work with them to achieve what you want.

Conclusion:

Courage is of the heart. It is choosing to live with compassion, integrity, self worth, love and a deep sense of truth. It is always an act of faith; you act resolutely despite your justified fears. Trust in your resilience.
